About NessReady

NessReady is a small, independent service that gets the machine-readable discovery files onto your website. You can publish them yourself with our free tools, or pay us to do it for you.

What we do

A handful of standards and conventions define files that AI assistants and other tools look for on a domain: llms.txt, an ARD catalog at /.well-known/ard.json, and the informal ai-info.json profile. Generating them correctly is easy to get subtly wrong, and publishing them means touching a CMS, a host, or DNS that not everyone wants to touch.

So the free tools on this site check what your domain already publishes and generate correct versions of what it is missing. If you would rather not publish them yourself, the paid setup service does that step for you and confirms each file is live.

What we will not claim

We will not tell you these files "get you found by AI" or improve rankings. Adoption of these mechanisms is uneven, and no service controls what a given AI product does with them. Publishing the files makes your information available, in a form machines can read, to the systems that read them. That is the honest version of what these files do, and it is all we sell.

How this relates to NessGate

The check on the home page uses NessGate, a free and neutral resolver that reads what a domain publishes. We call its public endpoint exactly the way anyone else can — we have no special access, and paying NessReady changes nothing about how NessGate treats your site. NessReady is a separate, independent business; it simply does the hands-on setup work that NessGate, by design, does not.
